Replaces the entire active price list: every SKU and tier not in the file is dropped.

Fields the file must contain

Comma-separated with a header row first. These fields are required on every row:

Field	Required	Description
`SKU`	Yes	The part number, which is how the row is matched to a material and size. Format `MATERIAL-###` for AS568 — exactly 3 digits, e.g. `BN700100-047` — or `MATERIAL-CxID` for metric, e.g. `BN700100-3x121` (C/S x I/D in mm). A row whose SKU does not parse is skipped without warning, so `BN700100-47` (2 digits) imports nothing.
`Price`	Yes	Base price per unit. Admin-only — never shown to suppliers.
`Wholesale`	Yes	Wholesale reference price per unit. Admin-only.
`MSRP`	Yes	List price per unit. Admin-only.

Every other column becomes a quantity tier. One column per price break — add or remove them as needed:

`35+`, `$150+`, `$400+` …	No	The header text is the tier name, so it appears in the price list exactly as written. The value is the price per unit at that order quantity. These tier prices are the ones suppliers see, and they are what the quantity breakdown is built from. Column order does not matter.

Header names are case-sensitive. Write plain numbers — a $ or a thousands separator makes a value unreadable: the row is skipped outright if it was one of the three required prices, otherwise just that tier is left out. Only the last dash-separated part is the size, so BN700100-AS-214 is read as material BN700100-AS and creates a separate material.

Lead-time CSV

Estimated lead times, kept separate from items. Replaces all lead-time rules: a material and type not in the file loses its lead time.

Fields the file must contain

Comma-separated with a header row first. One row per material and type:

Field	Required	Description
`material`	Yes	The material code exactly as it appears in the pricing file, e.g. `BN700100`. This is the only link between a lead time and the items it applies to. It is not validated, so a typo silently matches nothing.
`type`	Yes	Which size system the lead time is for: `as568` or `metric`. Any other value fails the whole upload.
`lead_time_days`	At least one of these	The lead time as a whole number of days, e.g. `14`. Used for sorting and comparison.
`lead_time_text`	At least one of these	How the lead time is written for suppliers, e.g. `2 weeks`. If left blank the day count is shown instead.
`effective_from`	No	The date the lead time takes effect, `YYYY-MM-DD`. Optional — leave blank to simply use the value now.

Example:

One row per material and type — the value applies to every size and every quantity of that material, so there is no size and no quantity field. Rows missing material or type are skipped. A row with neither a day count nor a label still uploads but shows no lead time. Column names are matched case-insensitively (days and lead_time are accepted too).

How to use this site

This portal shows distributor pricing for Rubber Dynamics parts. Here is everything you need as a supplier: sign in, look up a price, and keep a list of the items you buy.

1. Signing in

Use the email and password your Rubber Dynamics contact set up for you.
Tick Keep me signed in for a week to stay signed in on your own device.
On a shared computer, click Log out (top right) when you are done. Your saved items are tied to your own account.

2. Finding a price — the Search tab

Choose a Material from the list.
Type an AS568 size (for example 214).
Click Search.

You can search by material alone, by size alone, or by both together. Matches are grouped into AS568 (standard sizes) and Metric (shown as C/S × I/D in millimetres).

Each row lists the SKU, the size, the material, and one column per price break. Under a price you may also see:

N+ pcs — how many pieces you need to order to reach that break. It is shown for order-value breaks (a column headed with a $), because how many pieces that takes depends on the price below it.
A lead time such as 2 weeks. An estimated: prefix means it is an estimate. Lead times are set per material and size system, so every size of a material shares the same one.

3. Reading the price breaks

All prices are per unit. Each column applies from its break upwards — order more, pay the break price.
A blank cell means the price is the same as the break before it, so there is no extra discount at that level.
A column that never lowers the price is left out of the table altogether.
If the price list showed a higher price at a larger break, the cheaper price is charged and the cell is flagged — buying more never costs more.

4. Saving items — the Saved tab

Click ☆ save next to a SKU to add it to your list; the star becomes ★ saved.
Saved lists your items, AS568 and Metric separately, with their current prices and lead times.
Prices refresh when you return to the tab; Refresh prices does it on demand.
If an item leaves the price list it moves to No longer available, where you can Remove it.
Clear all empties the whole list, and asks you to confirm first.

Good to know

Prices are per unit and exclude tax and freight unless your quotation says otherwise.
A break only applies from the quantity shown — below it, the previous price applies.
Your saved list is private to your account.
The search lives in the web address, so you can bookmark or share a specific material and size.
Prices can change when a new price list is loaded, so check the Saved tab before you quote.
